Default how long?

Hey I've been on morphine sulfate for almost a year, have also been a regular user of percocet, methadone, dilaudid, ect. For urgent rasons I've been off everything for about 7 days now. I'm not physically sick anymore but I still feel ********************ty. How long will this feeling last because the urge to start using again is getting stronger, and I really don't want to start that ******************** again.

after 7 days you are through the worst physlcally, kuddos to you....now...the emotional ********************....thats what may drive you to pick up again...but dont!! its now or never hon...you gotta get moving...get your natural endorphins going again....if you cannot do it on your own then you may want to look into antidepressants to help you get a head start untill your body produces it on its own...i am taking lexapro and it works great for me...no depression, my drive is back...and i like it...that said its not for everyone. Try the exercise...i know you may not feel like it now but you will be healing your brain little by little.
You can do this...stay strong...dont get caught up in the thinking of "just one wont hurt" because honey...1 is too many and 1000 will never be enough....
Keep it in your mind that this is the last time you will ever have to go through this...you have made it through the fire now you just need to keep moving towards safety.
do you go to meetings??? they may help you...

I don't maybe I should. When I said Urgent I meant pregnant so no antidepressants or antianxiety meds either! I'm going a little cuckoo. I'm still very early (10 weeks) so I've been told I can't take anything til after the first trimester. I really really don't want to hurt this baby, I'm so scared of ********************ing up.

You're through the worst part of the physical w/d symptoms now, but the emotional piece can be very, very challenging. You have to WANT to stay off the pills. I think being pregnant may give you some extra encouragement to stay off them....best of luck to you.
