after 7 days you are through the worst physlcally, kuddos to you....now...the emotional ********************....thats what may drive you to pick up again...but dont!! its now or never hon...you gotta get moving...get your natural endorphins going again....if you cannot do it on your own then you may want to look into antidepressants to help you get a head start untill your body produces it on its own...i am taking
lexapro and it works great for me...no depression, my drive is back...and i like it...that said its not for everyone. Try the exercise...i know you may not feel like it now but you will be healing your brain little by little.
You can do this...stay strong...dont get caught up in the thinking of "just one wont hurt" because honey...1 is too many and 1000 will never be enough....
Keep it in your mind that this is the last time you will ever have to go through this...you have made it through the fire now you just need to keep moving towards safety.
