my name is kathy and i have been on vics for about 4 yrs i want off but i have tried get to sick the withdrawals become so bad i even tried trying to cut down but i am in so much pain oh i need help what am i going to do?

Hi Kathy
I was addicted to oxycontin and vics for about 3 years. so I understand what you mean.I did do a taper and then went cold turkey the rest of the way,how much are you taking ???
You have a few options at this point.
so let us know how much you are taking so we can come up with a plan for you.

Welcome to the site whatever way you choose to clean up you have support here....so have you been abusing the pills or do you want your persribed dose?
