My ex was hooked on xanex and she just weened off of them. Her doc wanted her to take wellbutrin but I diagreed because that is a whole other issue to overcome. She got to a point where she was taking .25 a day for a few weeks and then quit. To this day she is OK and been clean from them for over 2 years. Only thing you can do with benzos is ween off of them. Subs will do nothing....

Cath, I think if you're down to that much, your're doing OK. Robert or MM will know much better than me. Just remember that you (it sounds like) have been through pure hell and you seem to be on the right path. Do you work? Do you live where you can go outside and enjoy the fresh air and the crickets and birds? Music? I try Yogo to help me relax and stay focused.

Kk it has been really frustrating to keep track i've been waking up @ night and need to take a sliver to get to sleep constapation is here got med for that hopefully after tonight i'll be more comfortable..i just feel hot and coldsweats i want to go back to work. i need to get a job again i just hope i can handle all this.. and work too, the situation that led up to this put my job on hold. i had a seizure at my pts home so its been stressful.i'm looking for work soon..as to outside went for walk today cold and windy in fla. the reason i haven't wrote for afew days fishing or bass and taking photos of wildlife i love that..i would love a job doing that and sun rises and sunsets.. watching old movies..i've gotten some assistance for now but really looking forward to a normal life again.. i love you for your suppoet and all the others and need to keep up with ya.. thurs. i'm going to a dual dianoisis group to share about what ive learned to help others and get some local supports.. have agreat day cath
