Hi wanted a little help with the withdraws from perch. I had to stooped 2 days a go they were really bad I don't want to through that again. That hurt alot, I was taking 10 perc a day. does any body know about any Meds over the counter and I can't sleep. I have tridied Tylenon, Motrip, advil.I just wanted to see if anybody know about getting payton thank You

Try Melotonin (sp?) it is at health food stores but saved my life when i attempted to quit cold turkey i tried advil pm tylenol pm benadryl nyquil nothing worked but this!
