Well, it has been over a month since my last pill. Everything is going well and I have absolutely no desire to take another opiate...ever. I was offered a percocet the other day and realized I had no temptation to take it, and told the person that offered it that opiates are no good in my hands. Just an update and thank you all for helping me those first couple days that were no fun.

Balooga .... that's really good news! Thirty days is a miracle if you're like me. It seemed like that first month would NEVER get here. Remember that you never have to use again.

Are you doing anything like working a recovery program? Remember you're going to get tempted again, it happens to all of us. Doesn't mean anything bad about you but it's going to happen. Recovery helps us get through so many things once we get clean.

This is when the real battle starts to take place, not just getting clean but staying clean. Hang in there and don't use no matter what. Keep us posted how you're doing. God bless.
