    Default Hanging in there

    I am hanging in there yesterday's progress I was really happy with. This is how my day went.
    At 2:00 am I took 7 1/3 mg of oxycontin a 30 mg spilt into 4ths.
    At 8:53 pm I took 2 Excerdin extra strength tablets.
    At 11:00 am I took 2 Withdrawal ease daytime formula.
    At 1:29 pm I took 7 1/3 mg of oxycontin a 30 mg spilt into 4ths
    At 6:30 pm I took Withdrawal ease night time formula.
    At 7:00 pm I went to bed
    Today's progress so far
    At 2:00 am I got up and took 7 1/3 mg of oxycontin a 30 mg spilt into 4ths.
    At 7:00 am I took 2 Withdrawal ease daytime formula.
    At 9:25 am I took 2 Excerdin extra strength tablets.
    I am keeping a log so i can track my progress and not back slide. Some how it makes it easier if I see it on paper.

    Congratulations as you seem to be commited to following this through! And writing it down really does make it better for you to see.

    If I may be so bold as to make a suggestion. Please try to keep all of your posts on just 1 thread. It makes it so much easier to follow and keep up with you and your situation.

    Sometimes people, me anyways, can't decide on which post to send a reply. It just makes it confusing at times is all. Not trying to be mean at all. Hope you understand. Great job! God Bless.....Denny

    At 12:00 pm I took 7 1/3 mg of oxycontin a 30 mg spilt into 4ths wasn't suppose to take untill 1:00 pm, I took it a hour early I was going to the beauty shop. Didn't want to feel like ????
    At 5:25 Pm I took Ibuprofen 2 200 mg tablets
    At 6:30 pm I took Withdrawal ease night time formula.
    At 7:00 pm I went to bed
    At 11:30 Pm I woke up and couldn't go back to sleep so I took 2 extra strrength Night time pm
    and was able to go back to sleep and slept till 6:00 am
    Well Well so far so good. I am sticking with it. i have stepped up my program and going to every 14 hours.
    Today's progress so far
    At 2:00 am I got up and took 7 1/3 mg of oxycontin a 30 mg spilt into 4ths. Which made me go 14 hours.
    At 6:50 am I took 2 ibuprofen 200mg.
    I will say this it hasn't been easy at time to not give in but I haven't and I am not going to.
    Every other day I am going to up the hours by 2. My goal is by this upcoming Wednesday to be totally off of the oxycontin.

    Good job on the taper, and for sticking to it. But keep it in one topic. You I've 2 going, and you're just copy/pasting each of your posts. It is a HUGE waste.
