got my subs what now?

I went to the sub Dr I only had to sign a few papers and answers few questions was giving a script for 8Mg film. She never mention going into WD said it wasn't necessary just, when I get my script go home take one put it under my tongue and do that 3 times a day.
for a total of 24 mg a day.
I'm a ways off from scoring 26 on the cows sheet. she never even said anything about that.
I'm getting ready and looking forward to getting my life back.
So how to do I cut these films and how much to start off on.? I'll be here checking back regularly for replies.

You need to be at a score of 26 or more on that COWS sheet ok??? DO NOT take any of the Subs before then please! Very important that you get to the HONEST score of a 26 or more and then and only then you can begin to take the Subs. God Bless....Denny

You need to be at a score of 26 or more on that COWS sheet ok??? DO NOT take any of the Subs before then please! Very important that you get to the HONEST score of a 26 or more and then and only then you can begin to take the Subs. God Bless....Denny

Right now you should be cutting the film up so that you will be ready when the time comes ok? So get a pair of tweezers if you have them and also a pair of very small scissiors or a single edge razor blade to cut with.

Hold the 8mg film with the tweezers very carefully and cut the film in half. Then cut those pieces in half again, and then in half once more and you will have (8) - 1mg pieces of the film cut up. Then you need to make one final cut in half of all the pieces for now and you will have (16) - 0.50mg pieces. You CAN do this Dougy!

wow I'm a little shaky right now but i'm going to give it try.. My eyes aren't what they used to be.. I have already been in mild W/D for little bit..

Just make sure that you don't take anything until you get to that honest score of 26 on the COWS sheet ok? Very important to get to that score first!

Then and only then we will have you take (1) of the 0.50mg pieces that you should have cut up ok? It may not even be today Dougy! It may actually be tomorrow before you get to that score! Everyone is different so you will need to wait until that score is achieved and DO NOT take anything until then! Not an aspirin, tylenol, ibuprofin, or anything along those lines! But it is IMPERATIVE that you get to that 26 score FIRST before you take that very first dose!

Well I cut them but they all don't look the same size. the film was broke whenI took it out of the package.. tried my best to get them to look even. but I do have 16 of them..
