Default Fibrosis

I'm in a new city where my allergies,my lungs are getting worse. I have Fibrosis of the Lungs, Restrictive lung disease, an elevated right himidiapghram. Any cough or cold can be permanently worsening my lungs.
It started last week when I was having frequent choking episodes. Unproductive cough. A very strong itch/irritatioin. Like trying to cough up a hair ball that isn't there. In the later part of the week dark yellow flem is starting to come up.MY nose is starting to clear itself.
The problem is if this persist I can't move again. I was homeless three months for this sleeping pretty much everywhere outside.I am on disablility for my lungs. I am almost speechless. This was supposed to make things a little better. This area is tearing up my lungs. Every time I'm violently coughing of course I'm think ing how much worse my lungs will get. I can't function as it is.

I can't stop thinking about quiting. It's all I think about now. Nothing comes with any relief. Dare I say something so cleshay but really true in my case that no one knows, no one cares, no one to do anything.I'm sick of this life.
