Did your dr do a drug test on you or did you get into trouble and he is just reacting? What happened if I might ask to bring all of this on? There is no way a dr would NOT know the difference in heroin and endocet. That is just so very basic. I can't even imagine your dr not knowing the difference in the two. I can only think that possibly he made an assumption about this based on your past history PERHAPS??? Is that a possibility???
If your dr really doesn't know the difference between these two drugs then you should obviously find a new dr and he/she should find a new occupation. Stay in touch. Good luck and God bless.
I have no history of any kind of street drug abuse or drug use at all. Perhaps my doctor is simply missing a few steps or he has soooo many patients that he gets me confused with someone else.

Sometimes I think doctors are just guys who got a C in school.
I am inclined to agree with sister on this one, at least in your dr's situation.
I hope you know I wasn't pre-judging you or anything, just asking so I could possibly understand your dr's actions. But I would have a problem with my dr jumping up and judging me morally or whatever. His/her job is to treat you medically for what your problem is.
I think that I would ask him why he feels its right for him to accuse you of doing heroin especially if you have never done any street drugs. There is no reason for him doing that when it's uncalled for. Let us know how it goes. God bless.
