Default Do we really get better

I've been through medical Detox and I'm so very scared and sick. I think I should be getting better but I'm getting worse. I don't know what to do. Why or when will this ever end am I stuck like this? Is this the best it gets? It's been 30 days since I got out of treatment and it's alot worse. What can I do? I need to sleep and the burning and stinging sensations all over my body is horrible, then the migrains and back pain is excruciating. Please if anyone has went through this and gotten better please give me some hope.

I haven't gone through it myself, but I wanted to post and tell you to try and hang in there, you've gone this far so please don't relapse. I know it takes about 30 days for your own endorphins to start to kick in again. I know you're miserable, but try and get some exercise and think about other things, you have to get your mind off of it. Let us know how you're doing kitten.

I've been clean for about a month and it took a while before everything went away. If you're 30 days in you should be getting better each day. I couldn't stand the stinging sesation and that's a major reason for me stopping. Every once in a while it comes back for a few minutes but now it's only happens every 4-5 days. Really, hang in there and just take it a day at a time. You will be soooo happy once all the symptoms are gone. It's really nice not to have to take a pill or do a bag to wake up. You get a sense of freedom when you don't have to search for somehting to take the withdraws away. That's no way to live. Hang in there and keep posting.

I know myself it took about 3 to 4 weeks to start feeling better physically but about 6 weeks mentally last year. Just hang in there and do anything you can to stay strong. You have the worst part over so stay strong.
