Do not shoot suboxone

I just wanted to tell everyone my experience with injecting suboxone. My friend said he read somewhere that there was not enough narcan in suboxone to do anything if you inject it in small amounts. So about a month or two ago I tried it. I had 2m subutex with no nalaxone in it at all, and 2mg suboxone with nalaxone in it. Prior to this i was using herion and roxi. Im not on maintenece sub. Anyway, I stupidly shot those pills up and i thought i was going to die for a minute or two. My heart started racing so fast, and everything started spinning. Instant goosebumps and instant withdrawal. I almost went to the emergency room. So the lesson learned here is do not shoot suboxone. The narcan (.5mg ) in a 2mg sub is enough narcan to take someone who is not breathing out of a heroin od. After the narcan wore off in an hour or so i felt back to normal but it was a bad experience.

I can't believe you did that knowing what you were doing. But it's over with now, main thing is just don't do it again. And for anyone else the same thing can happen whether you shoot it or snort it. You are not supposed to abuse this medication. Either way the naloxone WILL make you ill. Preciptitated withdrawls are serious as just explained above. God bless.

Thats so crazy! I cant believe you did that! shows how desprete we can get for another high. Its very cool of you to share your experience though so someone else wont try it. your lucky you lived to learn

im not saying its good for you but you will only get sick if you have opiates in your system i wouldnt shoot suboxen if you dont plan on quiting heroin but if you do shoot it up and you do get sick, after the sickness is gone which it will go you will no longer get sick from shooting suboxen i know all this from experience. it has kept me from heroin

im not saying its good for you but you will only get sick if you have opiates in your system i wouldnt shoot suboxen if you dont plan on quiting heroin but if you do shoot it up and you do get sick, after the sickness is gone which it will go you will no longer get sick from shooting suboxen i know all this from experience. it has kept me from heroin

I AM saying it's BAD for you and stupid to shoot suboxone or anything else.

Big deal, you made it through shooting it once and now you can shoot it and not get sick. Shooting suboxone instead of heroin is a piss poor regimen for getting clean.

You may as well shoot the freakin heroin. You're still just being a drug addict anyway selling your soul for a needle. May God bless and protect you.
