Default Day 6 no vics

i'm on day 6 with no vicodin. I had a busy weekend which was good. Anxiety seems to set in when i have down time, but once i start doing something, like cleaning or playing with the kids, it seems to go away. It's almost like i start to "miss" the pills. I hit about every "trigger" (then again, everything was a trigger) this weekend and was able to deal with it, so i know kicking this habit is very possible.

I also have been taking a mult-vitamin and potassium supplement. I really think the potassium supplement helps with the body aches and restless legs. We have had beautiful weather, so i have been going on walks everyday as well. Excercise definately helps.

Six days ago, i didn't know if i would make it to day 6.

Great job!
Keep aware of those triggers. I am SO proud of you.
Recovery is tough, and SO ARE YOU!

Kindest Regards
Tom

Default The Worst of it is Over

Keep up the great job, you are past the worst of it by now and well on your way to total recovery, just keep in mind after the physical withdrawls are gone there are mental w/ds that can creep in at anytime.

Please stay the course, and keep it up !!
