Default Cold turkey withdrawal question...

Hi,

I'm new here and I'm having a very hard time of it with withdrawal symptoms. They are either from quitting Tylenol 3's on Friday after taking 6 to 8 per day for a couple of years and/or from quitting the use of 30 mg Temazepam for about a year (also quit this past Friday), or both.

The constant discomfort I'm experiencing is almost indescribable. I feel woozy, weak, rattled, irritable, can't handle noise of any kind, can't focus, and worst of all I keep having morbid and even suicidal thoughts.

I'm seeking helpful suggestions that might make this witdrawal more bearble and also, could someone please tell me how long these terrible symptoms might last?

Thank you,

jj

Thanks, Dave,

Is the Immodium for the possibility of diarreha? I guess that could happen from stopping Tylenol 3's. Hasn't happened yet, though. I'll go get some Gatorade right now.

Thanks again, very much.

JJ
