i had absolutely zero intention of doing this. but i sabotaged myself really well and i think cold turkey describes exactly what i'm doing.

i wouldn't recommend it.

Sometimes cold turkey is the way to go with opiates. However, if you do it right you can come of H in about 4 weeks with suboxone. But you have to be very disciplined. There is still discomfort, but nothing like ct. I went ct for both the opiates and benzos this time and it almost killed me. Benzos and alcohol are the two drugs you can die from going ct. A little addict trivia. God Bless
