Default pre-anesthetic drug

I took the deposition of a Cuban anesthesiologist. His progress notes are very readable until I get to the drug name which he verbalizes very fuzzily. Sounds like "pretreated with Servalone"
looks like Zlucavon. The patient was inducted with propofol, Fentanyl, Versed. Pretreated the Zlucavon(?) followed by Anectine.
Any help would be appreciated. I need to have this done by tomorrow morning 11/2. Thanks.
