Need help with a drug name

Does anyone know of a drug that sounds like "ahr-tree-uh-tide?" There is no dosage or indication mentioned, only the drug name. The patient does have hypertension, rheumatoid arthritis, coronary artery disease, chronic renal failure, and atrial fibrillation.
