Default med s/l in-vance

[?][?][?]
Can't find this anywhere ... sounds like "in-vance" or "en-vance" along with maxipime and vancomycin. Anybody heard of the drug or am I have a major senior moment? Email me please at ibncm@comcast.net as I'm going to keep searching and blank it if I don't hear from somebody or find it soon!! Thanks .. you guys are obviously very helpful to each other and I'm glad I found you!!
