Question Help with an shortccut

I am typing a consult. Dr says 'SCR is 1058'. Is he referring to serum creatinine? Is that level correct? Looks strange to me. He also says what sounds like 'the PETZERS or PETSERS outlined above'. Any ideas? This is a new dr for me.

Thanks for any help!

OOPS! lol I must be tired! I typed 'an shortcut'
