This is Allopurinol 100mgs, a generic for Aloprim. This is used to reduce the amount of uric acid that your body makes, certain people going through some medical procedures such as chemotherapy, product too much and it has to be lower so they don't hit a dangerous level.

Allopurinol is used to treat chronic gout (gouty arthritis). This condition is caused by too much uric acid in the blood.
