Funny you should ask. I was diagnosed with ptsd and was sent to a sleep disorder clinic. The doctors told me that I had restless leg disorder also. They prescribed a drug that I can not remember but it made me vomit everynight. Luckily the Dr. placed me on nuerotin and it worked wonders. It is used for a variety of things including parkisons disease which is in the same class of rld. I hope this helps.
Strangely enough, there is a nutritional supplement called ReNu Liquid (made by Biosearch Medical Products as opposed to Bausch & Lomb) which contains soy lecithin, protein, etc.
