    Default Just a guess but sort of sounds like meloxicam.

    It is for arthritis. It would help if you know what it is for, if you added that.

    I was going to suggest meloxicam as well. Brand name Mobic. Strengths 7.5 mg and 15 mg. NSAID medication.
