Default drug name

Hiyaz...I'm going through some transcription and looking for a drug name. However, I'm hitting a brick wall. It sounds like "Caplin PH" however, further into the transcription he talks about Capoten. There is no "PH" after Capoten in my drug book or at my online sources that I've been able to find. It's talking about insulin drugs if that helps any.

On a different transcription I'm looking for a cardiac drug. Sounds like permeronzeal and is listed as 0.65 mg.

Thanks!
