 A Superior Version of Generic Proventil HFA I speak from personal experience on this one. The early versions of the HFA inhalers were underpowered, lacking a forceful propellant; they clogged easily and never delivered a proper dose.
Well, GlaxoSmithKline makes a very well propelled generic: Ventolin HFA. It's only about $40.00US out of pocket and has a handy dose counter.
