Hello, My nephew has sickle cell, and I was wondering, is there a cure? He is 6 years old, and do not have siblings. But with the stem cell procedures, is it possible?

He had a bad time last night, he vomit all night, even while sleep. My sister and her husband took shifts to keep watch over him. Today, he just slept, all day, never woke up, not even to eat, just to use the restroom.
