round light orange pill imprinted # 563 and pliva?

I found a prescription of mine from 2005 and the label had fallen off so I don't know what it is. they are round and light orange with the numbers 563 imprinted on one side and on the other I believe It says pliva or something along that because It is hard to see.
If anyone know what is could be please answer. I have a bad back and it could be a anti-inflamatory, a pain med, or a muscle relaxant.
