New Methaodone?

Please Help me. I recently get a Methadone and on the tab it said 57/71 and on the back was M. It is more long shaped. Not like a football.
does anyone know this is real or not. OR is it even Methadone?

Yes it is Methadone, 10 mg's of Mallinckrodt it is regular Methadone. It used to be roung , and now it's oblong like a xanan stick. Dosage
