Default Neulasta Injectable

I would like to know what the latest administration time frame for the drug Neulasta subcut. The literature reads 24 hours post chemotherapy. I know of some MDs that are giving it in approx.20 hours and I have just recently witnessed it being given minutes after completion of chemotherapy. This last time the patient was admitted to the hospital with a zero white count. high temp., nausea and vomiting.
