[Boudica]

Has anyone out there ever been prescribed baclofen for bipolar disorder? I've been "unofficially" diagnosed with bipolar disorder, and my doctor has prescribed baclofen (as well as lexapro and lamictal). In all my research on the internet about baclofen I have found that it is a muscle relaxer typically used for multiple sclerosis or spinal cord injuries. It all seems odd to me that my doc would prescribe this medicine for my situation. Is there anyone out there who has the same situation and is being prescribed baclofen?
