I have been on
Zocor for about 2 years. Now I have pain in my right knee, hip and lower back. The knee pain has been diagonsed as a loss of tissue between the kneecap and bone. The hip as bursitis, but could also be due to a disc in the lower back. No MRI. I'm doing physical therapy which seems to be helping. No reason given other than aging. Could these be related to Zocor? My doctor switched me to
Lipitor at my request. I've been on that about two weeks and have insomnia and constipation. Could these be related to Lipitor?
