what is this pill marked HP/2?

Default what is this pill marked HP/2?
my doctor prescribed hydralazine 25mg. I searched the pill identifier with no luck. The pill looks peach, round with hp on top and 2 on the bottom. How can I find out what pill it is? It isn't found in the hydralazine's description of pills.

HP 2 is 25mg Hydralazine
