I would like to know what other conditions due they prescribe Klonopin for.

anxiety, seizures, panic disorder, social phobias, O/C, sometimes alcohol withdrawal, RLS, sometimes spasms, sleeplessness.
Clonazepam may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by a doctor.

I am diagnosed with Depression, Anxiety Dis. , Panic Disorder and Social Anxiety. When I first went to the Doc, I had no clue what was going on. I think I saw a comercial for a psych drug and answered all the questions with a yes. So I told my doc and told him it was interfferring with my life. I was prescribed Zoloft and Ativan and reffered to the BEST (and only) Shrink in the world. What he asked me was a brilliant question and helped nmore than anything. He said, "How often and how long do I have Anxiety?" I said , well, I always have a pretty high Anxiety level (I could not go get cigs because I was afraid of talking to the clerk, Ive been smoking 15 yrs!!) YES it was that bad.

BLAH BLAH, Get to the point. Her gave me Klons, which take a bit to kick in, and level off at a pretty high level for an extended period of time. Im not taking an Extended realease or anything, its just a bit diferent than like Ativan, kicks in big and bad, and fades after a bit. Thats for people who get short jolts of anxiety. I take my Klons, been takin them so long I cant abuse, I could take 120 and probably just pass out, High drug tolerance.

Well, thats what the Doc gave me, and I love. I think its the best Benzo for anxiety, and one of the most potent. If you do get it, read the interactions, dont want to stop the heart, ya'no?
