Vocodin or Codeine Over The Counter in France?

Does anyone know if Vicodin and/or Codeine can be purchased over the counter in either France, Germany or Switzerland?

Hydrocodone is not readily available in Western Europe where codeine is much more commonplace. Here are two links for your convenience. Different drugs that basically perform the same functions are available in different parts of the world. Hope this helps. God bless.

There is an opioid that looks as if it might be the same thing as hydrocodone, but it is not. It is, however, similar to it. It is dihydrocodeine; it is stronger than regular codeine. Whether it is otc in a european country depends on the individual country and the milligram.
