Vitamin D3 is really better for your bone and stomach health it is also best for old people.because in age part many peoples bones weak due to lack of D3.

Hello.I take 2000 iu a day. My Dr.said In the winter when your not getting much sun to take 2000. Than you can lower it to 1000 in the summer. But safely still take the 2000 if you'd like to,in the summer. Hope that helps.

When it comes to vitamin D3 you need to be aware and take proper amount of it because Vitamin D3 plays a wide role in the overall health and overdose of it can be a reason for death. But sometimes even after consuming 2,000 to 4,000 IU of Vitamin D3 per day, their test results indicate that their Vitamin D3 levels have not increased. These patients needed to consume 8,000 IU of Vitamin D3 per day to achieve proper blood levels of the Vitamin.
