Vitamin C - Which Form to Take? What form vitamin C do you take? Please don't name the product, instead name what form vitamin C is in your product...example...ascorbic acid.

Hi,
Vitamin C is also known as ascorbic acid .It is an i essential nutrient for humans. Here are some natural products which include vitamin C .
1. Orange
2. Cantaloupe
3. broccoli
4. Red Cabbage
5. Green pepper
6. Red pepper
7. Tomato .

also, try to get it throu natural foods like fruits : *acai juice,* blueberries, apples,*apricots,*avocado it's rich in vit.c, * beets,cabagge/coliflower, beans, *cherries,*dark chocolate, cranberries, fennel root is high in c,* garlic also is high, *goji berries, grape fruit, * kiwi, mangos, papaya, oranges, parley, peppers/chiles, *pomegranates high, (if you want for colds etc..zinc is good for that and pumpkin seeds are very rich in zinc), tomatoes, etc 99% of fruits are rich in vitamin C.
