Can you keep this medication after 30 days of opening? The product is not expired it only expires March 2010.
Are there alternate medications for Blephartis, I've prescribed Tobradex for this condition.

As long as the tip of the bottle didn't touch your eye or anything else it should be fine as long as it is stored in the right temperature until the expiration date. And yes there is more than one option for blepharitis.
