First I'll say this :
I have a 12 yr old daughter that is following in some of my footsteps w/ athletics making the Jr. Olympic swim team last year. Following her mothers steps w/ Honors since 1st grade (THANK GOD in her mother's)
Now I will say this:
I talk to my daughter about where the "Try this little bit - I think you'll like it" got me & how they cost me a lot more problems than it was worth it. I have to say I have a great kid BUT understand she will make mistakes because we "ALL" have. Keep them busy & KEEP AN EYE / EAR ON THEM...
Good luck but remember if you did it you know why your kids will too. Just be there for them & really talk to them.
