Default Tamsulosin Hydrochloride- Side effects

Has anybody come across the use of this drug causing a fairly rapid rise in creatinine concentrations in the blood indicating onset of kidney failure?

I never say never especially on this website, but normally Flomax does not cause kidney/renal problems including elevated creatinine levels. Only possibility is from an overdose but I'm assuming that is not the case. The elevated creatinine levels could be caused by many different things and I would assume it is probably something else than the flomax.
