I know from my experience that when I took a Soma I got depressed and cried alot. So after 3 times lol I stoped. My friend takes them and either goes right to sleep or is really dopey. I hope that helps a little

Becareful! Remember that somas are a muscle relaxer and your heart is a muscle. These used to be my happy pills until one of my friends died from taking too many. It is always best to try not to use medications. Try yoga or csome other form of relief if possible....your liver will appreciate it.
