    Here are some tips for slimming...
    1 Top up your water
    2 Have a cup of slimming tea
    3 Step away from the junk food
    4 if you’re having a big meal, have it early
    5 Exercise early
    6 Try to include cheating in your diet
    7 Don’t strength train exclusively

    Default Weight loss with Raw food

    The raw food diet is one of the healthy crash diets to lose weight fast. In this diet plan, you are expected to eat only raw, fresh uncooked food and avoid all processed ones. Fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, milk, buttermilk, yogurt, organic foods, beans, etc. are some of the foods that you can include in the raw food diet. As beverages, you can have tea, coffee, herbal tea, green tea and plain drinking water.

    Here are some tips to become slim and attractive:-

    Daily exercise for 30 mints,
    Neglect all the fat and oily foods items lie meat, chicken and fish etc.
    Eat fruits and boiled vegetables mostly instead of fat foods.
    Daily drink 8 to 10 glasses of water,
    You may also do now swimming, jogging, running etc.
    Drink juice after every 2 hours during office time.
    Take proper rest...

    Hello friend,..
    I am here to this forum and i watch out all the posts and all the posts very informative.If you want keep
    slim fitness then you should be drinking juices and energy drinks.Some other exercise is the best for
    slimming.Like,...
    1 Swimming
    2 Cycling
    3 Running.

    You should take some steps to get a slip body.eat a light food with full of vitamin and protein.avoid junk foods and do a regular exercise like running,walking etc.

    These all are a great tips to get a slimming body.water is a good source for weight loss and eat a low carbohydrates food.do a regular exercise like running,swimming etc.

    Great slimming tips and like to add some more slimming tips here.
    Prefer raw food over processed food,
    Avoid beverages, soda and even diet soda,
    Drink green tea daily,
    Avoid eating before going to bed.

    Aside from those tips I could add up eating small size of meals rather than the regular 3 meals a day.

    Well it is right to say that people wish to look slim, and free from fats but the problem is
    that they are unable to leave junk foods which are major cause of an increase into weight.
    It is exercise, and diet which are helpful to make you look smart and control weight as well.

    Drink more water to be slim,one should eat vegetables which contain more amount of water and a daily diet will help to cut down some bit of fat from your body.

    To maintain slim body one need to add soup and salad to daily diet after that regular exercise keeps you maintain the good shape and size of body and most important thing swimming is the best exercise to maintain slim body.

    To maintain fitness it is good to follow these tips.
    Do exercise daily
    Do walk for at least 30 minutes
    Avoid fast food
    Drink more water
    Eat less quantity food
    Do some running
    Drink green tea.

    Effective slimming tips and like to say for slimming, eat balanced diet meal plan formulated by physicians and exercise regularly. Do not skip meals specially breakfast and avoid eating late.

    Losing weight is a lot more than just calorie counting and doing endless amounts of exercise. Spending much more time in the gym cannot help you unless you pay attention to your diet. Poor nutrition will only sabotage your workout efforts! Don’t miss your breakfast, lunch or dinner rather eat three meals a day, evenly spaced. Do also avoid overeating at night, as the food can sit in your stomach and ferment, causing gas and bloating.
