Red face Signing up for Medicare Part D

Can me and my wife list all the medications together or do we need to aplly individually?? Anyone knows?? Deductions for both plans will be coming from the same source, and while trying to find a provider makes it easier if we list all medications together. Does it matter???

Thanks

If there is a primary applicant (with one insurer)then the application would all be done under the one social security # with an A at the end for the main insured and a B for the spouse. All scripts would be listed together in that case. Part B and drug deductibles would be paid individually however. God bless.
