your not going to like this but if you go out and run about 3 miles you will get the biggest high here on earth...

Short answer is NO. Opiates are addictive, coke and meth can cause a heart attack or stroke, alcohol will destroy your liver, and even pot, the most benign of all, is not legal. So to reiterate - NOPE.
