Default RBC

Hello to all.
I'm not sure if I'm in the correct section, but I do have a medical question. I took a few test for insurance purposes and my RBC came back quite high. They say it's supposed to be between 0-4 and mine came back as 24. Could this have anything to do with my cycle being on at the time of the test?? How much if any should I worry??

Thank you

Red Blood Cell Count (RBC)
Red blood cells carry oxygen from the lungs to the cells and transport carbon dioxide (a normal cell waste product) from the cells to the lungs. High RBC (polycythemia) may indicate dehydration. A low count may indicate anemia.

My information is not guaranteed correct. I do not get them right all the time, but I do enjoy the hunt~
