I suppose there are means, and places to get it, as there are with just about any drug, the real question is the safety of doing so, it is a highly addictive, and much abused drug.
If you order from out of the country, to try to obtain it without a prescription, you also play a game of Russian Roulette with customs, some people have gotten away with it, and others have had their packages seized many times.
