Hey, Hope all is well. I'm wondering which is stronger? Oxycodone 512 or 524 white round pill. My girls father was diagnosed with cancer and they are giving him these meds. Thanks for your time,

512 is Acetaminophen / Oxycodone Tablet 325/5 mg
524 is Ibuprofen / Hydrocodone Tablet 200/7.5 mg

Basically oxycodone is 1.5 times stronger then hydro, so they are roughly equal, factor in the extra Acetaminophen that makes the 512 a little stronger. Given the choice I'd take the 512

The 512 are weak. Get the roxicet 5|325 the pills have 543 on them. They all are generic percocets
