what's stronger METHOCARBAMOL v-4212 or lortab 7.5

i'm having back pains and a friend gave me two different kinds of pills one that has 4212 on it and the othe m358 which one will work better with the pain

Each Lortab 7.5/500 tablet contains Hydrocodone Bitartrate 7.5 mg and acetaminophen 500 mg, both ingredients are effective against mild to moderate pain.

For methocarbamol, it is mainly used for relief of muscle spasm. Although it has been included in compound analgesic preparations, its clinical efficacy is not well established.

For pain relief, I suggest you go for lortab tablet instead of methocarmabol.
