INTERREACTIONS ? I NEED TO KNOW IF THERE ARE ANY INTERACTIONS THAT COULD HAPPEN IF
YOU TAKE LASIX FOR SWELLING AND FLAVOXATE FOR FREQUENT URINATION?
I KNOW ONE WILL MAKE YOU URINATE AND ONE IS TO STOP FREQUENT URINATION
TWO DIFFERENT DOCTORS, NEITHER ONE KNOWS WHAT THE OTHER ONE HAS prescribed BUT TAKING ONE TO LOSE EXECESS FLUID AND TAKING THE OTHER
ONE TO NOT URINATE SO OFTEN JUST DOESNT SEEM RIGHT. -
No it sure doesn't make sense, I ran both through the drug interaction checker, there's one on the main page here, it came up with no interactions. Common sense says not to take both.

Flavoxate is antispasmodic medication, it relieves urinary pain, urgency, nighttime urinating. It works by blocking nerve impulses at smooth muscle nerves, preventing muscle contractions.
Lasix increases elimination of sodium, potassium and water from the body.
They works on different parts of the body so there shouldn't be any interreactions.
