I just got mine inserted this morning, I've been on the Depo shot for a total of 5 years with a break of 1 year while I took the pill. To my delight, I have had minimal bruising (my sister had the Norplant, so her stories had me worried) and the whole procedure took but a few minutes. I've done my research and I'm aware of how it works, was just wondering if anybody else has any feedback?
