I need help for a story...

I'm writing a story and my female main character is suicidal. I was just wondering what combination of drugs and/or alcohol fifteen year old could get, that could harm her. She does live, and this attempt is part of her history, but the story delved into her past more then I expected it to, and I am a factual person. I want it to be plausible.
I am in no way suicidal, at all. I live happily.

Almost any combination of drugs and alcohol could kill a person. Just pick a few. This is a recovery site, not for gathering info about writing stories.
