No, it shouldn't have any effect at all. Trying to be as delicate as I can with this subject, what is in your stomach is a long way away from what needs to come out. The med's that you have taken will enter the blood stream within 20 to 30 minutes after taking them and it will take hours or more before it goes through the entire intestinal tract. Don't worry about it, it's OK. Now if you were to take your med's and then had to "toss your cookies" so to speak, that would be different if you have recently taken your medication. Under those circumstances I would phone the pharmacist and explain the situation, how long ago you had taken them, etc., and he would be able to give you the best advice as to whether you need to take another dose. I've personally been through this before, I've just taken my med's and it all came back up. Not pleasant but I usually have to take an additional dose. You may want to call your pharmicist or doctor anyway and see if they can recommend anything for the diahria. Good luck and I hope that you feel better soon.
