Default Going to Mexico for cheap meds...is that legal?

Hi all, I am going for a wedding in the San Diego area and then some R&R with my girlfriend. I'd also like to go to TJ, Mexico because I hear that I can pick up some cheap meds there (yes, I have valid scripts!) from a Mexican pharmacy. I hear that's very popular if you live close to the Mexican border. Is that legal? Thanks...

You can also only bring in up to 3 months worth at a time of the items you have a valid prescription for, and it all must be transported in the original pharmacy packaging. Be prepared, if checked at the border to let them search everything and count the pills and to show them all relevant paperwork.

My information is not guaranteed correct. I do not get them right all the time, but I do enjoy the hunt~

Wink

Hello, a friend of mine got in trouble for bringing meds across. According to some online info on this subject I found out that the only legal way to do it is to have an american prescription for the drugs you buy. These have to be for your personal use 90 day supply only. I order my meds online from www.medicinesmexico.com I know this is illigal too but have no other option. Health insurance is very expensive. Good luck to you.
